Order Details

● All items include Insurance.

● Express and International Shipping are available for additional fees, if not already calculated. 

● I ship within 3 days of purchase unless the shoppe is on holiday, etc., in which a shoppe announcement will be posted on the website, or you will be notified immediately. 

● Normal delivery estimate times are 3-7 days.

● I use FedEx (not USPS) for large, heavy and breakable items. 

● Small items (mostly jewelry) I use USPS Priority Mail.

● I have better luck with undamaged items and insurance claims using FedEx over any other carrier. I am not able to change the functions of the carriers and specifics on this platform at this time, outside of using USPS. If there is a problem with shipping to your country, you will be notified of your options.

● I offer returns but the item must be first returned insured at the purchased price.

● I will issue a refund when I receive the item in the same, new condition as sold. 

● Returns must be negotiated within 14 days of purchase.

● In the event an item is damaged, I would ask for photographs of damage including box/package, (and possibly a return depending on carrier used) in order that I can file an insurance claim and refund your purchase and shipping amounts. 

● You may purchase prints of artwork or photography on the site, ranging from 4x6 to 16x20 and poster size, 13x19. Larger sizes by request.     

● Framing and matting are available upon request with additional fees.    

● All prints are made on high quality photo paper of your choice & finish.

● I offer 10% discounts on Return Customers, as well as for products found on Social Media sites that I am affiliated with.

● As I am a small business owner, I am open to offers on most items. Just contact me here.

● I offer a One Year Warranty on Jewelry Repair, and will do repairs after one year with both parties sharing shipping, insurance and supply (if any) costs.
